Core Residential is billed per GB pay-as-you-go from $0.99/GB, and monthly plans lower the effective rate to about $0.50/GB. Credits never expire, and top-ups of 100 GB or more add a 10% bonus.

Yes, for pay-as-you-go top-ups, per-IP rentals and Scraper API balance. Monthly plans are paid by card through Stripe.
