Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements and that your use complies with all laws applicable to you, including export control and sanctions laws.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at the contact below if you suspect unauthorized access. We may require additional verification (including business information) before or after account creation to prevent fraud and abuse.

3. Acceptable use

Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We may suspend or terminate access immediately, without refund, for use that violates the Acceptable Use Policy or applicable law.

4. Plans, billing, and auto-renewal

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected at checkout) and automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal.
• Pay-as-you-go credits are billed at the time of purchase and are consumed as you use the Service; they do not auto-renew.
• You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time from your dashboard billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then.
• Prices are shown exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise; you are responsible for any taxes associated with your purchase.
• We may change plan pricing with at least 30 days' notice before it applies to your next renewal.

5. Free trials

New accounts may be eligible for a free trial period as described on our pricing page. We use automated fraud-prevention checks to limit trial eligibility to one trial per person, business, and network; accounts identified as abusing trial offers may be moved to a standard plan without notice.

6. Refunds and cancellation

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Cancelling a subscription stops future billing but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period except as described in that policy.

7. Service availability

We aim for high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance, upstream network conditions, and third-party ISP behavior can affect availability of individual IPs or pools. Any service-level commitments for Enterprise plans are governed by a separate signed agreement.

8. Intellectual property

BuyProxy and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including all software, trademarks, and documentation. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription term. You retain all rights to data you transmit through the Service.

9. Third-party services and target sites

The Service allows you to route traffic to third-party websites and services. You are solely responsible for complying with the terms of service, robots.txt directives, and applicable laws of any site or service you access through BuyProxy. BuyProxy is not a party to your interactions with those third parties.

10. Data and privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuyProxy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold BuyProxy harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, violation of the Acceptable Use Policy, or violation of applicable law.

14. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time; you by cancelling your account, and we by providing notice, except where immediate termination is warranted by a violation of the Acceptable Use Policy or these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends and we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide notice via email or an in-product notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DishIs Technologies LLC is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a different jurisdiction is required by applicable consumer-protection law.
