What are ISP proxies?
An ISP proxy, sometimes called a static residential proxy, is an IP address registered to a real internet service provider but hosted on datacenter infrastructure. It borrows the reputation of a residential address and the speed and stability of a server, which is why it is popular for login-heavy workflows and speed-sensitive automation.
BuyProxy's ISP product is ISP Rotating: instead of renting one fixed address, you draw rotating IPs from a large pool of static-ISP addresses and pay per GB. That removes the per-IP monthly fee and the need to buy addresses one by one.
If you specifically need a single IP that stays the same for weeks, that is a different product: static or dedicated ISP proxies are on our roadmap but not live today, and this page does not sell them.
What makes an IP an ISP proxy
Every IP address belongs to a network, identified by an autonomous system number. Datacenter IPs belong to hosting companies; residential IPs belong to consumer ISPs. An ISP proxy sits between the two: the address is registered under an internet service provider's network but is hosted on server infrastructure.
That combination is why ISP proxies tend to be quick and steady like servers while being less likely than plain hosting IPs to be flagged by checks that look at who owns an address.
ISP Rotating versus static ISP proxies
Many providers sell static ISP proxies: you rent a specific address for a month and it stays yours. BuyProxy's ISP product is different, because it is ISP Rotating, drawing from a large static-ISP pool and billed per GB with no per-IP fee.
If you need an address that never changes, for example because a service whitelists it, ISP Rotating is not the right product, and static or dedicated proxies are not live yet. If you need ISP-grade reputation for varied traffic without managing individual IPs, rotating per-GB billing is simpler and often cheaper.
When ISP beats residential, and when it does not
ISP proxies can be a better fit than residential when speed and stability matter and the target accepts ISP-registered ranges. They are generally less trusted than true home IPs, so for the strictest targets Premium Residential or Mobile is the safer choice.
The only reliable way to decide is to test: run the same small batch through ISP Rotating and Core Residential and compare success rate and timing. The proxy speed guide includes a script that does exactly that.
ISP Rotating Proxies features
ISP-registered IPs
Addresses registered to real ISPs, so they carry less of the datacenter stigma that gets plain hosting IPs blocked.
Datacenter-grade infrastructure
Hosted on server-grade connections, typically faster and steadier than home connections.
Rotating across a large pool
Draw different IPs from a big static-ISP pool instead of reserving individual addresses.
Per-GB billing
No per-IP monthly fee. You pay for the bandwidth you move.
Choose HTTP or SOCKS5
Select the protocol when you generate a line.
Separate balance
ISP Rotating keeps its own GB balance.

Read the guideIs isp rotating proxies the right choice?
A good fit when
- Speed-sensitive jobs on targets that block plain datacenter IPs
- Workflows that want fewer datacenter flags without full residential cost
- Teams that prefer per-GB pricing to renting individual IPs
Not the best fit when
- Jobs that need one fixed IP for weeks (static ISP is not live yet)
- The strictest targets, where Premium Residential or Mobile is a better fit
- Unprotected bulk fetching, where IPv6 or datacenter is cheaper

What are ISP proxies?
ISP proxies are IPs registered to real internet service providers but hosted in datacenters. They combine datacenter-level speed with a cleaner reputation than plain hosting IPs.
Are ISP proxies the same as static residential proxies?
The terms are often used interchangeably for ISP-registered addresses hosted in datacenters. BuyProxy's ISP product rotates across a static-ISP pool per GB rather than renting one fixed IP, so it is ISP Rotating, not a single dedicated static address.
Do you sell static ISP proxies with one fixed IP?
Not yet. Static and dedicated residential proxies are planned but not live. If you need one IP that never changes, this is not the right product today.
How much do ISP proxies cost?
ISP Rotating is billed per GB at the live rate on this page, with a $5 minimum top-up and no per-IP fee.
Are ISP proxies faster than residential?
They run on datacenter-grade infrastructure, so they are typically faster and steadier than home connections, but real speed depends on your target and route. Benchmark your own workload.
Are ISP proxies as trusted as residential?
Generally somewhat less trusted than true residential home IPs, and more trusted than plain datacenter IPs. For the strictest targets, residential or mobile may still be needed.
Does my plan's GB work for ISP Rotating?
No. A plan's monthly GB is credited to Core Residential. ISP Rotating has its own balance funded by top-ups.
Do ISP proxy credits expire?
No. Pay-as-you-go bandwidth never expires.
Is there a free trial?
BuyProxy doesn't run a free-trial period. What it does have is a low barrier to testing: pay-as-you-go top-ups start at $5, credits never expire, and new accounts that sign up with a major email provider get a one-time 100MB bandwidth bonus. That is enough to benchmark the network against your own targets before you spend real money.
How can I pay?
Pay-as-you-go top-ups can be paid by card (through Stripe) or with crypto (through NOWPayments). Monthly and yearly plans are card-only. Top-ups of 100 GB or more add a 10% bonus.
