Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated August 15, 2026

This policy explains how billing, cancellation, and refunds work across BuyProxy's plans. It's part of our Terms of Service.

1. Free trial

Every account starts on the Free plan. Eligible accounts can opt in to a one-time 5-day trial of the Pro plan — Business, Advanced, and Enterprise are not trial-eligible and are billed immediately. Starting a trial requires a valid payment method, but you will not be charged until the trial period ends — cancel any time before then to avoid the charge. Each account and IP address is eligible for one trial.

2. Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time from Dashboard → Settings → Billing, or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access to your current plan until the end of the billing period you already paid for. There is no cancellation fee.

3. Subscription refunds — card payments

  • If you paid by credit or debit card, you may request a full refund within 14 days of any charge — including renewals — no questions asked.
  • Extenuating circumstances (billing errors, duplicate charges, service outages materially affecting your usage) are always eligible for a refund or credit outside this window too — contact us and we'll make it right.
  • If you're located in the EU/UK, you have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right for digital services; starting to use the Service during that window (which a trial requires) may affect eligibility for a withdrawal-based refund, as disclosed at checkout.

4. Subscription refunds — crypto payments

Payments made in cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, or any other supported asset) are final and non-refundable, for any reason, including trials, renewals, and unused portions of a billing period. This applies whether the charge was a subscription or a one-time payment. Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed on our end, and we don't hold funds in a way that allows us to return them — please confirm your plan and billing cycle before paying with crypto.

5. Pay-as-you-go credits

Pay-as-you-go bandwidth credits are billed at purchase and don't expire. For card payments, unused credits are refundable within 30 days of purchase; credits already consumed (bandwidth already used) are not refundable. Credits purchased with cryptocurrency are non-refundable in full, per the crypto policy above, regardless of usage.

6. Enterprise plans

Refund and cancellation terms for Enterprise plans are governed by the signed order form or agreement for that account, which takes precedence over this policy.

7. Accounts terminated for policy violations

Amounts already paid are not refundable if your account is suspended or terminated for violating our Acceptable Use Policy or Terms of Service. This applies regardless of payment method.

8. How to request a refund

Email support through our contact page with your account email and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds (card payments only, per the policy above) to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

9. Chargebacks

This section applies to card payments only — crypto payments have no chargeback mechanism and are covered exclusively by the non-refundable policy above. If you have a billing concern about a card payment, please contact us first — most issues can be resolved faster that way than through a chargeback. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in your account being suspended while the dispute is investigated.
