Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited activity

You may not use the Service, or allow it to be used, to:

• Engage in or facilitate any illegal activity under the laws applicable to you or to the destination you access
• Commit or facilitate fraud, including ad fraud, click fraud, payment fraud, or fake account creation at scale
• Gain unauthorized access to computer systems, networks, or accounts, including credential stuffing, brute-forcing, or exploiting vulnerabilities
• Distribute malware, ransomware, or other malicious code
• Launch or participate in denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks or other network abuse intended to disrupt a third party
• Send unsolicited bulk communications (spam) or engage in phishing
• Harass, stalk, threaten, or violate the privacy of any individual
• Access, generate, store, or distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — this is met with zero tolerance and immediate reporting to the relevant authorities
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party, including through unauthorized scraping and redistribution of copyrighted content
• Circumvent security or access-control measures for a malicious or unlawful purpose
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without a signed reseller agreement through the BuyProxy Reseller Program

2. Data collection expectations

When collecting data through BuyProxy, you are responsible for your own compliance with the target site's terms of service, applicable data protection law (such as GDPR and CCPA), and any robots.txt or rate-limit directives. We expect reasonable request rates that don't degrade the availability of third-party services, and we do not permit using the Service specifically to scrape personal data in violation of applicable privacy law.

3. Network integrity

You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to BuyProxy's infrastructure, probe or scan our network for vulnerabilities without authorization, or interfere with other customers' use of the Service.

4. Sanctions and export control

You may not use the Service if you are located in, or are ordering on behalf of an entity located in, a country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions, or if you are listed on any government denied-party or restricted-party list.

5. Monitoring and enforcement

We use automated systems and, where necessary, manual review to detect abuse, fraud, and policy violations. We may suspend individual sessions, endpoints, or entire accounts pending investigation, and may terminate accounts that violate this policy without prior notice. Suspended or terminated accounts are not entitled to a refund for the affected billing period.

6. Reporting abuse

If you believe BuyProxy's network is being used to abuse your systems or infringe your rights, contact our abuse team via the contact page with as much detail as possible (timestamps, endpoint, and request logs) so we can investigate promptly.
