Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

1. Our practice

We have not sold and do not sell personal information in the preceding 12 months, and we do not use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because we don't engage in either practice, there is no opt-out toggle needed on this page — but you're welcome to submit a formal request below and we'll confirm this in writing.

2. Your California privacy rights

• Right to know what personal information we've collected, used, and disclosed about you
• Right to delete personal information we hold about you, subject to certain legal exceptions
• Right to correct inaccurate personal information
• Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (already our default practice, as above)
• Right to limit use of sensitive personal information
• Right to non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights

3. Other jurisdictions

If you're located outside California, you may have similar rights under laws such as the EU/UK GDPR or other state privacy laws (Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and others). See our Privacy Policy for the full list of rights and how our processing is legally justified.

4. How to submit a request

Submit a request via our contact page with the subject line “Privacy Rights Request,” including your account email (if you have one) and which right you'd like to exercise. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests. We respond to verified requests within 45 days, as required by CCPA/CPRA (extendable by an additional 45 days when reasonably necessary, with notice to you).

5. Authorized agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf by providing us with signed written permission; we may still require you to directly verify your own identity or confirm the request with us.
